I had a great experience at Karl Malone Chevrolet in Park City. Marvin Lucero helped me with my Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL, and he was outstanding throughout the process. He respected my time, was very responsive, and actively worked to arrange everything I asked for. He also went the extra mile by driving my vehicle from the Park City dealership to my home near Layton (about 30 miles). Marvin had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and answered my questions clearly, without any pressure or up-selling the “extras” I said I didn’t want. I bought the vehicle with cash, and I’d recommend Marvin and the team. I’d also specifically request to work with Marvin again—I will call and ask for him.
