Alex in service is awesome. Had my truck in and out with getting DPF system needing replacement while on a road trip and advised me of the steps I need to take to have truck shipped back to me as I was on a family trip and had the unexpected CEL come on and not able to extend my stay forcing me to have to rent a vehicle to get back to southern AZ and have truck shipped back to me. Top notch service team and greatly appreciate all the help!

He was super informative, helpful, and you can tell he cares about customers. I hate buying cars. The process takes forever, is painful and I (usually) hate it. But Omar and Esteban and Karl Malone Chevrolet in Park City are absolute professionals. They made it feel like i was just hanging out with a couple friends... friends with all the knowledge I needed to make the experience as simple andnpain free as possible. They both made commitments to me and followed through with those commitments when they said they would. Highly recommend!
