Had a great experience with these guys. There was a very minor problem with my service and they bent over backwards to make it right and were incredibly pleasant to deal with while doing it.

My husband bought his car from here back in March with the amazing Help from Dillon and Simon and it was a very quick and easy process and then my car decided to take a crap within the last few months and I told Simon and Dillon what I wanted and they made it happen and my process was even quicker and also shout out to George for also helping out ! If I could give a higher rating I would! Thanks to our salesman Simon. This was the first time purchasing a car from out of state and was nervous about that. Simon was on top of every detail from start to finish. Answered every question, call, text and email. Sent us videos and photos of the car to alleviate any concerns we had. Car arrived to us in Fl just as stated. My son is so excited with this car and Simon feels more like family than a sales person. On way from SLC to Park City last Friday evening when the water pump failed. Got a tow to Karl Malone's just before closing after all Maint techs were gone. Sat morn had a tech verify the failure and order parts which wouldn't be delivered until Monday about noon. On Monday AM, Serv Dept Mgr (Gary) had verified parts needed/were on their way, worked the Maint log in order to get me repaired NLT Monday evening "no matter what.", and handled all the service contract dealings with the extended warranty company. I could NOT have asked for more consideration and professionalism as my wife and I were stranded with two of the granddaughters and needed to get them back to their parents 1500 miles away. I'd have no problem recommending Karl Malone's for any service you may need.
