Simon at the park city Ford location recently helped me secure the right vehicle after much and long effort on his behalf. He did an outstanding job. He his head & shoulders above anyone I've had dealings with in vehicle sales or even heard of! Exceeding professional, dedicated and knowledgeable! Once we found the right one, he knew precisely what to do to get it locked down in a matter of moments without the back & forth hogwash. This young man has quite a gift and uses it for good! I and others I know will be working with him on future vehicle needs. Thank you again!

My daughter (22) was looking to purchase her first vehicle by herself. While I agreed, I still did a bit of homework and ended up connecting with JJ at Karl Malone online as we are located in California. Let me start off by saying, I have never encountered an employee that went to the extent that JJ did. He understood we were not in the area, sent us videos of the vehicle’s interior/exterior and followed up with different financial scenarios for her in a way she could digest. He is incredibly genuine and took the time to understand the importance of not putting my daughter into a car payment that would be too much for her financially. Hands down, would recommend JJ, especially because he flipped the script with the typical car salesman approach. Thank you JJ for making me feel comfortable with my daughter’s decision to purchase her first vehicle without the help of momma bear.
