I am blown away by how awesome this dealership was and how easy they were to work with. When I saw how low their price was online for a code orange Raptor, I thought “there must be something wrong with it.” I reached out to Marvin Lucero. He immediately responded and was quick to answer all of my questions, even getting down under the truck to send me tons of pictures. I live out of state, which I thought would complicate things. I was wrong. Marvin drove the truck 45 minutes, each way, to my brother’s house to have him check it out for me. When it came to negotiating the deal/trade, Marvin and the sales manager, George, were so reasonable and easy to work with. I told them what I wanted, and they basically said “Done! Come get your truck.” I seriously cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Marvin went above and beyond. I would absolutely do business with them again. Honest, stand-up guys! Five stars!

Skylar and the entire team at the Park City Karl Malone Chevy dealership were wonderful. I was not seriously thinking about trading in my truck, but was curious about the value and did a Kelly Blue Book quote. Several dealerships called me after I got the quote and I deferred all of them. Then Skylar called me. His approach was different and I found myself talking to him about what my thoughts were on our next vehicle, how we wanted the process to work, etc. There was something about Skylar that was refreshing and new. He did not give off the “typical” car salesman vibe and I found myself wanting to work with him. Skylar and the team over there then went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for in our budget. They also gave me a very fair deal for our trade in. My husband and I just kept exclaiming about what a different car shopping experience it was for us. Everyone there was truly wonderful, but Skylar is who brought us in the door. Hopefully we aren’t in the market for a new car anytime soon, but I will be sending any referrals to Skylar and the Karl Malone Chevy in Park City.
