I had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle from Karl Malone Park City Chevrolet. I was traveling in from out of town, and Leva and Omar made the entire process incredibly easy. They had everything ready for me when I arrived, which made the purchase smooth and efficient. Leva was my main salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with from start to finish. Omar also jumped in to help and was just as friendly and accommodating. Neither of them was pushy, they were patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Went in not expecting to buy a truck just to test drive, all of the stuff that was communicated with Skylar was what was in the deal. They knew I was young and working in a budget so they didn’t even bother trying to upsell on anything which was much appreciated…would definitely recommend going here if your looking for an honest salesman that isn’t just trying to make sell but an environment that wants th best for you financially as well

I am blown away by how awesome this dealership was and how easy they were to work with. When I saw how low their price was online for a code orange Raptor, I thought “there must be something wrong with it.” I reached out to Marvin Lucero. He immediately responded and was quick to answer all of my questions, even getting down under the truck to send me tons of pictures. I live out of state, which I thought would complicate things. I was wrong. Marvin drove the truck 45 minutes, each way, to my brother’s house to have him check it out for me. When it came to negotiating the deal/trade, Marvin and the sales manager, George, were so reasonable and easy to work with. I told them what I wanted, and they basically said “Done! Come get your truck.” I seriously cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Marvin went above and beyond. I would absolutely do business with them again. Honest, stand-up guys! Five stars!
