We have been bringing our cars to Karl Malone's in Park City for service for years. This is the first time we bought a car from them. I have never said this while buying a car; it was a pleasurable experience! Skylar, our sales rep, never rushed us, answered all our questions, and wanted to make sure we bought the car we wanted. We will purchase from him again!
I had a great experience at Karl Malone Chevrolet in Park City. Marvin Lucero helped me with my Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL, and he was outstanding throughout the process. He respected my time, was very responsive, and actively worked to arrange everything I asked for. He also went the extra mile by driving my vehicle from the Park City dealership to my home near Layton (about 30 miles). Marvin had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and answered my questions clearly, without any pressure or up-selling the “extras” I said I didn’t want. I bought the vehicle with cash, and I’d recommend Marvin and the team. I’d also specifically request to work with Marvin again, I will call and ask for him.
Went in not expecting to buy a truck just to test drive, all of the stuff that was communicated with Skylar was what was in the deal. They knew I was young and working in a budget so they didn’t even bother trying to upsell on anything which was much appreciated…would definitely recommend going here if your looking for an honest salesman that isn’t just trying to make sell but an environment that wants th best for you financially as well
Skylar and the entire team at the Park City Karl Malone Chevy dealership were wonderful. I was not seriously thinking about trading in my truck, but was curious about the value and did a Kelly Blue Book quote. Several dealerships called me after I got the quote and I deferred all of them. Then Skylar called me. His approach was different and I found myself talking to him about what my thoughts were on our next vehicle, how we wanted the process to work, etc. There was something about Skylar that was refreshing and new. He did not give off the “typical” car salesman vibe and I found myself wanting to work with him. Skylar and the team over there then went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for in our budget. They also gave me a very fair deal for our trade in. My husband and I just kept exclaiming about what a different car shopping experience it was for us. Everyone there was truly wonderful, but Skylar is who brought us in the door. Hopefully we aren’t in the market for a new car anytime soon, but I will be sending any referrals to Skylar and the Karl Malone Chevy in Park City.
