He respected my time, was very responsive, and actively worked to arrange everything I asked for. He also went the extra mile by driving my vehicle from the Park City dealership to my home near Layton (about 30 miles). Marvin had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and answered my questions clearly, without any pressure or up-selling the “extras” I said I didn’t want.
